For a unique handmade chocolate experience book on to our Chocolate Making Workshop on Saturday 6th July 2024, 2.00pm – 4.30pm. You’ll also be able to enjoy lots of tastings too!

It’s creative and fun and at the end of the session you have your very own chocolate creations to enjoy. Share them with family and friends or keep them all to yourself. The choice is yours!

A HANDMADE CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER:

Following a welcome briefing and refreshments, you’ll be given a brief overview of the session followed by a demonstration on handmade chocolate making by a professional chocolatier.

First of all, everyone will each make their own unique and individual ganache (cream/chocolate based filling, or coconut option available for Dairy Free/Vegan ) using a wide range of natural ingredients. This will then be piped into a Polycarbonate mould. Whilst the chocolates are setting you’ll be taught how to professionally decorate handmade chocolates using fine piping techniques.

Next, chocolate moulds are topped off and chilled in the fridge.

Then , after a brief practice session, you’ll put your new found skills by decorating your very own chocolate lolly.

One of the best parts of the handmade chocolate experience is when the chocolates are dramatically ‘demoulded’, producing an array of wonderful handmade chocolates.

You’ll then have an opportunity to decorate your handmade chocolates using fine piping techniques.

Finally, to complete your chocolate experience you’ll take home a beautifully packaged box of your own handmade chocolates (a minimum of 21 chocolates) along with your unique chocolate lolly.

A HANDMADE CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE IS SUITABLE FOR:

Anyone! Come on your own, with family or with friends. All are welcome. Our friendly & experienced staff will mentor and guide you during your chocolate experience day. No experience is necessary. Must be 16 years and over (or 14 years and over if accompanied by an adult).
