Our popular, business-friendly event Brand Designs in Chocolate challenges your group to create & launch a new chocolate brand in a competitive, fun-filled session. Teams are expertly guided on brand building and marketing, whilst our professional chocolatiers instruct, guide & support everyone in the creation of their own unique handmade chocolates. May the best team win!

Always a memorable event, Launch Your Own Chocolate Company encourages creativity, teamwork and the sharing of skill sets. Drawing upon extensive experience of launching our own company, teams are expertly guided on how to develop a new chocolate business from scratch. Once plans are in place, everyone gets to work making their own unique chocolates, guided and supported by expert chocolatiers – presenting these, along with their ‘company plans’ to a panel of judges at the end of a fun-filled day.
Apprentice style full day experience.

Duration – 6-7 hours.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Professional chocolatiers and assistants. All ingredients, utensils, microwave, aprons. Packaging, boxes, and ribbon. Different kinds of chocolate and tasters. Premium chocolate prizes.
ALL THAT WE NEED: Hand washing facilities near to the room. Enough table space for everyone to work comfortably. Chairs for all delegates. 2-3 additional tables for ingredients, chocolate melting pots. Electrical points. A cool room – ideally air-conditioned 1-1 1⁄2 hr set up time – depending upon numbers.

We originally undertook a class in July using an 'experience day' voucher, and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back for more this November. Pippa showed us how Chocolate Craft makes chocolate from tempering, to creating ganaches, and boxing the chocolates. Having now undertaken 5 hours worth of training with Chocolate Craft, we feel confident in being able to make professional-looking chocolates at home, which has exceeded our expectations. Sally and Jen were super friendly, kind and made the experience really fun. We all really enjoyed the day and would recommended it to anyone who loves chocolate, or being a bit creative! We got to fill and decorate a tray of chocolates (24!) and there was lots of choice of flavours, chocolate types and additional bits.
