We take great care to ensure the health and safety of everyone on our events. Our events usually use dairy and we do have nuts present. We ask you to notify us in advance of anyone who has an allergy, particularly if it is a severe allergy. If there is a member of the group who has a severe nut allergy, we don’t bring nuts to the event and we take special care to ensure that particular team member doesn’t come into contact with nut traces. For people with a dairy intolerance and those on a vegan diet, we use coconut oil instead of cream to create a delicious non-dairy chocolate. We only have one decorative Ruby Chocolate Crispy Ball that contains Gluten but this can be omitted if necessary and of note all our Chocolate contains Soya Lecithin.

We are fully insured and all our equipment is PAT tested annually.

Our group size ranges from small groups of 8 up to over 150 people! Just let us know your requirements and we’ll put a quote together for you.

Don’t worry, we can find and book venues for you if necessary. We have worked at many venues across the country and in London so we can help find somewhere suitable.

All we need are tables, chairs and access to electricity. This means we can run team building events almost anywhere. We work in meeting rooms, client offices, hotels, private houses but for obvious reasons we prefer not to be in a conservatory!

We have our own venue in central Hampshire and can run small events here for up to 15 people but the majority of our events are off-site.

We are fully mobile and we can go anywhere within the UK or abroad to run our events.

Yes, if 2 people book, we do offer a discount. However, if you are a group of 8 or more, you can book an exclusive private workshop. Please contact us or check the website to find out more.

We understand that sometimes people have to cancel activities due to events outside their control. If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the workshop, we will re-book you on another date of your choice. We regret that refunds are not possible. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the event, we will try to re-sell your place and if we are able to do so, you can re-book another session at no cost.

We have plenty of parking available here at our workshop. You will be sent directions so you can find us once your booking is confirmed.

Our workshop is accessible by wheelchair and all our workshops can be enjoyed by people in wheelchairs. However, we do ask you to let us know in advance of any special needs so that we can prepare and plan accordingly.

We have no upper age limit but as our workshops are aimed primarily at adults, we can only take bookings from people 16 years or older. We can, however, welcome children aged 14-15 years if accompanied by an adult.

All you need to bring is an apron but if you forget, no problem. We do have plastic aprons available too. We do suggest that you wear layered clothing as we keep the room on the cool side. We advise against wearing high heels as you will be moving about during the course of the workshop.

The workshops normally last for 2 ½ hours.

We run workshops throughout the year but mostly on Saturdays. Starting times are either 10am or 2pm.
